Our product line of Watershield filters can remove odor, iron, sediment, and can improve the taste of the water. The Watershield Sulfur Block can remove the unwanted rotten egg smell from the water. Watershield neutralizer filters can raise pH to get of damaging acidic water.
Watershield Sulfur Block
The Watershield Sulfur Block System provides a simple, effective solution requiring no chemicals or salt for regeneration. The blend of media used effectively removes sulfur, hydrogen sulfide gas, heavy metals, bacteria growth, and other affecting contaminants. Using our Watershield Gold Valve for air injection oxidization, it creates an air pocket at the top of the Sulfur Block tank. When the water passes through the air pocket, the sulfur is oxidized. The Sulfur Block media bed then removes the sulfur from the water. The Watershield Sulfur Block is a single tank solution, taking up much less space than the unsightly contact tank and aerator tank solutions.
Watershield Iron Block Filter
The Watershield Iron Block Filter provides a simple, effective solution for removing iron from the water. Using our Watershield Gold Valve for air injection oxidization, it creates an air pocket at the top of the Iron Block tank. When the water passes through the air pocket, the iron is oxidized. The iron Block has Katalox Light media bed that removes the iron from the water. The Watershield Iron Block will remove the iron, eliminating the damaging and yellow rust staining water.
Watershield Carbon Filter
The Watershield Carbon Filters provide treatment options that can remove organic chemicals, Iron, Rust, Hydrogen Sulfide (Rotten Egg Odor), Sediment, Excess Chlorine Odor, Manganese, and eliminate chlorine residue — leaving you with crystal clear, fresh-tasting, odor-free water. At WTW, we offer a variety of Clack, Fleck, and Autotrol backwashing valves with an assortment of activated and catalytic carbons to build a filter for your specific needs.
Watershield Neutralizers
Acidic water can cause many problems within homes, plumbing, and water appliances. Acidic water can cause leaks and corrosion throughout a home's plumbing and shorten the life of washing machines and dishwashers. Watershield Neutralizers slowly dissolve the calcium and/or magnesium media on contact as the water flows through the filter, raising the pH of the water and increasing the alkalinity.
